Impact Windows in Boca Raton
Boca Raton is a short run south from our West Palm Beach office and one of the areas we work in most. A lot of the work here is replacing ageing units in properties where the original windows were never impact-rated to current standards.
HOA and community approvals
A large share of Boca Raton properties sit within an HOA or a managed community, and exterior changes usually need approval before work starts. It is worth checking frame colour and finish restrictions before anything is ordered.
Condo and multi-storey openings
Higher openings carry higher design pressures, and access matters. Both need to be worked out at the quoting stage, not on install day.
Older impact units reaching end of life
Impact windows fitted in the years after the code tightened are now decades old. The glass may still be sound while the frames and seals are not.
