Impact Windows in West Palm Beach
We are based in West Palm Beach, with our office on Stinson Way, and it is where we do the most work. That means short lead times on site visits and a team that already knows the housing stock and the permit process here.
We're local, not just covering the area
Our office is at 999 Stinson Way, Suite 307. West Palm Beach is our home market, so a site visit here doesn't involve half a day of travel.
Palm Beach County permitting
Window and door replacement is permitted work, and requirements vary between the county and individual municipalities. We handle the permit and the product approval documentation as part of the job.
Mixed housing stock, mixed openings
West Palm Beach runs from pre-war bungalows through mid-century blocks to new construction. Older properties very rarely have standard-size openings, which is why we measure and order custom rather than fitting stock units.
Coastal exposure
How close a property sits to open water changes the design pressure an opening has to meet. Two identical windows on two sides of the same house can need different specifications.

Ask who pulls the permit, ask to see the product approval documentation for what is going in your home, and ask how design pressure was worked out for each opening. Get three quotes and compare what is actually included, not just the total.
